Hello, fellow parents. Brittany and Tanner here: Parents, professionals, pet owners. We love what we do and have learned a lot over time, and hope to share some of the things that have worked, with you!

A little about us. We met in sixth grade. We were neighbors growing up and were even boyfriend and girlfriend in eighth grade. Years later, after completing our FIRST four years of undergrad, we found each other again. Then, we decided to further our education, pursue more undergrad, then grad, and some post-grad work. Fortunately, this helped us wind up in careers we loved.

The year 2017 was a big one for us! We both began our professional careers, then married at the end of the year in Nashville. It wouldn’t be until seven years, later, in 2024, when the first of our two kiddos would arrive. Then, in 2026, we welcomed our second.

We spent a good deal of 2025 reflecting on being early-thirties, first-time parents… ones with senior-level professional positions. It brought unique challenges, but also unique opportunities. One such opportunity: starting a website where people with similar life experiences – working parents – can unite. We hope you’ll join us.

Want to reclaim your ‘you time,’ but don’t know how? Family routines, while difficult, are your cheat code. Time for up, up, right, down, left, right.

04.

Wouldn’t it be great to not have to balance work and life? While we can’t cure the need to work, we may be able to help you find that balance.

05.

It’s hard to eat well when you’re being pulled in twenty-three different directions. But guess what? It can be done! We’ll share some things that have worked for us.

Kids come first. But then there’s other family, friends, pets, work, bills, practice, commitments, dinner, responsibilities, trash day…. But don’t forget you!

Ever had one of those days when you would give a kidney just to stay in bed? Us too. Ever felt guilty for feeling that way? Same. Let’s talk about it.

So you had to go to work and you missed that milestone. Before you blame the boss, let’s acknowledge that parent guilt is real. But you can navigate it, with no bosses harmed.

Helping hands, when yours are full.
